Camilla's Blessing Art is inspired by the Dutch tradition of Hex Signs.  Hex Signs are the opposite of what the name suggests and are a protection, blessing or a positive intention for the home or barn that it adorns.  Unlike a traditional Hex Sign, Camilla's Blessing Art is a mixed media of acrylic paint, illustrations from vintage books, clippings from magazines, photographs and acrylic paint.  Hex Signs are usually round and created on a piece of wood.  Camilla's Blessing Art is a round shape on a square canvas and will grace any home in which it is displayed in the same manner as the classic Hex Sign.
